Ayla Rising
A mission-driven initiative helping people living with endometriosis access informed care through advocacy, education, trusted referrals, community, and nervous system healing.
AYLA RISING
Changing the experience of living with endometriosis.
Living with endometriosis is about far more than managing pain.
For many people, it means years of delayed diagnosis, medical gaslighting, unanswered questions, financial hardship, and navigating a healthcare system that often doesn’t recognize the complexity of the disease. Many are also living with commonly overlapping conditions that affect nearly every aspect of daily life.
No one should have to navigate that journey alone.
Ayla Rising is a mission-driven initiative dedicated to improving the lives of people living with endometriosis through advocacy, education, community, trusted referrals, and nervous system healing.
We believe people deserve to be believed, supported, and connected to care that recognizes the whole person—not just a diagnosis.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, have been living with endometriosis for years, or are still searching for answers, you’re welcome here.
Our Mission
Our mission is to improve the lives of people living with endometriosis by making trustworthy education, compassionate community, and comprehensive support more accessible.
We are building a community where people can:
Learn from evidence-informed education.
Connect with knowledgeable providers.
Understand the conditions that commonly overlap with endometriosis.
Support their nervous systems alongside appropriate medical care.
Find a community that understands the realities of living with this disease.
Our goal is simple:
To help people living with endometriosis feel informed, empowered, and less alone.
What We Do
Advocacy
Helping people navigate healthcare, advocate for themselves, and access compassionate, evidence-informed care.
Education
Providing education about endometriosis, medical gaslighting, trauma-informed care, the Endometriosis Pentad, and commonly overlapping conditions.
Community
Creating support groups and educational spaces where people can connect, learn, and support one another.
Trusted Referrals
Connecting people with knowledgeable providers who understand the complexity of endometriosis and related conditions.
Nervous System Healing
Living with endometriosis places significant demands on the nervous system.
Chronic pain, inflammation, dysautonomia, connective tissue disorders, mast cell disorders, repeated medical procedures, trauma, and chronic stress can all contribute to nervous system dysregulation.
At Ayla Rising, we believe nervous system regulation is an essential part of living well with endometriosis. Through nervous system education and somatic practices, we help people build resilience, restore a greater sense of safety within their bodies, and support their body’s natural capacity for healing alongside appropriate medical care.
Our Approach
We believe endometriosis is rarely just one condition.
Many people are also navigating hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) or hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD), POTS and other forms of dysautonomia, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), neurodivergence, pelvic floor dysfunction, and other complex chronic illnesses.
An emerging body of research and clinical observation suggests these conditions frequently overlap. At Ayla Rising, we use the Endometriosis Pentad as a framework for understanding these connections and recognizing how each condition can influence the others.
Rather than viewing each diagnosis in isolation, we believe in supporting the whole person through education, collaboration, and comprehensive care.
Reclaiming Trust
One of the most harmful effects of living with endometriosis is not always the disease itself—it is learning to doubt your own experience.
Years of medical gaslighting, dismissal, and minimization can cause people to question what they know to be true about their own bodies. Over time, many begin minimizing their symptoms, delaying care, and believing they are somehow “overreacting.”
Through my own experience and my work supporting people living with chronic illness, I’ve seen how this can resemble the psychological effects of repeated emotional invalidation. When someone’s reality is continually questioned, they may eventually stop trusting themselves.
At Ayla Rising, we believe reclaiming that trust is an important part of healing.
Education, advocacy, nervous system support, and community can help people reconnect with their own bodies, make informed decisions, and seek the care they deserve.
