Endometriosis Advocacy & Educational Consulting

with Cheyenne Carrell

Whether you’re just beginning to suspect you have endometriosis or you’ve been living with it for years, navigating both living with chronic illness and the healthcare system can be overwhelming, confusing, and isolating.

I offer one-on-one advocacy and educational consulting to support people at every stage of their endometriosis journey. Whether you’re seeking answers, preparing for surgery, recovering afterward, or living with persistent symptoms, my role is to help you better understand your options and navigate day-to-day life in a manageable way.

No one should have to advocate for themselves while they are sick.

Together, we’ll create a plan that supports both your healthcare and your daily life. Consulting may include:

  • Navigating providers, specialists, and treatment options

  • Preparing for medical appointments and surgery

  • Recovery planning and post-surgical support

  • Creating sustainable daily rhythms and routines that work with your body’s needs and current level of functioning

  • Planning for high-pain days and symptom flares

  • Building a supportive care network

  • Exploring workplace, school, or disability accommodations

  • Connecting with trusted resources and educational materials

  • Ongoing guidance and support as you move through each stage of your journey

  • My goal is to help you feel more informed, empowered, and supported so you don’t have to navigate endometriosis alone.

Individual consulting sessions are $150 per hour. Multi-session packages are available for those seeking ongoing support.

I believe this information and guidance should be as accessible as possible, so I keep a limited number of sliding-scale options available for those who need them.

This work is rooted in the belief that people living with endometriosis deserve accurate information, support, and an advocate who understands the realities of navigating this disease.
