Groups and Events

Ayla Rising’s groups and events are designed to help people living with endometriosis feel informed, connected, and empowered.

Our events and community groups focus on:

  • Evidence-informed education on endometriosis and common co-occurring conditions.

  • Navigating the healthcare system and understanding next steps in care.

  • Connecting people with knowledgeable providers and trusted community resources.

  • Somatic Experiencing® informed groups and nervous system education to support living with chronic pain and illness.

  • Building community with others who understand the realities of living with endometriosis.

Beginning in November, Ayla Rising will host monthly educational and community support groups featuring local providers who specialize in endometriosis and common co-occurring chronic illnesses. Each gathering will include practical education, opportunities to ask questions, and connections to trusted providers.
